Weight Lifting Equipment

I am a firefighter over in Kabul Afghanistan on a military base and we needed some gym equipment in our station. I have access to a small welding shop behind our station with limited equipment and limited steel on hand. they have one Miller syncrowave TIG machine, a few Miller 252 MIG machines, a horizontal band saw, a drill press, and a few hand tools and grinders.

So I set out to build us a multi-use weight lifting cage, a wight rack, and a stand to hang some boxing bags on. here are my pictures.

This is the cagehttp://i853.photobucket.com/albums/ab94/shaungirard/Welding%20Projects/IMG_1194_zps1cbb420f.jpg

I made adjustable bar mounts so you can move it around the frame to do different exercises
